Best strawberry daiquiri you'll ever have. Go hungry for comfort food! You're going to get plenty of it. The atmosphere is incredibly cozy as well, with low lights and exposed brick walls. Fitzy's has been here forever, and it deserves to remain forever.

We've walked by this place a couple of times and it always seems to have a crowd. This day we got there just in time. They have a few tables outside but it was way to hot so we got a little table by the window. The fresh corn and andouille sausage fritters were delicious... add more andouille. It was hard to find. I ordered the turkey burger with avocado and mayo on side. I never received the mayo but that's fine. I was told the coleslaw was homemade so I gave it a try. Not bad!! She got the Korean barbecue chicken sandwich with French fries. The sandwich was spicer than expected. There were a lot of items to choose from so I look forward to going back and trying something new.

Unprofessional rude management
I have been a customer at this location and the toasted owl for a long time. Unfortunately, I don't think I will be coming here ever again. I never write bad reviews unless I feel it needs to be brought to someones attention.... I came in with a few friends of mine for lunch ... I was sitting at the bar and I felt extremely uncomfortable because the manager was at the end of the bar talking poorly and insulting her staff to the patrons!!! She stood there for a long time staring/glaring at my friend and I. It was so akward we ended up not ordering food and quickly finished our beers .We felt uncomfortable and it was extremely unprofessional to talk that way about people in front of customers! NOT GOOD... great way to push all your paying patrons out the door. -

I've ate here a handful of times now and I keep coming back. There are a lot of really great places to eat in Northampton but I find myself coming here because of the convenience and familiarity, it's always a "safe" choice. I've tried a few different things on the menu but lately whenever I go I order the beyond meat burger. I try to eat vegan whenever I can, so if restaurants have vegan and vegetarian options I'm always eager to try them. They do have other tasty things on the menu though. Three years ago I tried their regular meat burger and it was quite delicious.
This restaurant also caters to big parties quite well, last year we came here for my brothers birthday and had over 12 people and one waitress, I'm sorry I can't remember her name, did an excellent job serving us. Most of the table ordered alcoholic drinks and she was on top of getting everyone refills when asked.
Overall I think the servers are very friendly, pleasant people and they serve really good food.
One final thing I want to mention, my friends and I came here not too long ago and my friend ordered a dish she really didn't like, the Cajun Shrimp Pasta, her fiancé and myself both tried it as well and it really wasn't our favorite either, nothing I would ever order again. She was so embarrassed about not liking it, but as soon as our waitress was notified she took care of it immediately with a smile on her face. She got instead the Wicked Alfredo which was delicious!
This just goes to show that they really value customer service, so if you are unhappy with something, most people will be happy to fix it for you. -

Typical classic college town food stop. Good fare and decent prices.
The bar area has loud TV ambiance, but there is a comfortable place in the back. I would return.
